Refund & Return Policy

At 3D Wonders, every item is created with care — many of our products are custom-made, made-to-order, or hand-painted just for you. Because of the unique nature of our work, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on most purchases.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale. This includes any item that is:

  • Customized with names, colors, or design choices

  • Hand-painted

  • Printed on demand

We are not able to resell custom items, and for that reason, refunds and returns are not available unless the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part. We are committed to making you happy and will work with you to resolve any issues.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

  1. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

  3. We will work with you to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

We’re committed to making it right if we made an error or if your order was damaged in transit.

Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, we may have already started production and cannot guarantee cancellation or refund.
